The Head of B2C Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end traveler experience across all consumer touchpoints. This leader ensures operational excellence across booking, customer service, marketing execution, and post-sales processes while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve growth and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will transform FirstTrip’s operational ecosystem into a high-performing, data-driven, and customer-centric model that upholds the US-Bangla Airlines legacy of trust and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all B2C operational functions, including booking, fulfillment, customer service, marketing execution, and post-sales support.

Drive business growth through process optimization, technology integration, and data-driven decision-making.

Ensure smooth collaboration with Reservation, HR, Accounts & Finance, Revenue, Audit, and CRM teams for aligned operational performance.

Monitor key performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, turnaround time, retention) and take corrective actions proactively.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance traveler experience and operational efficiency.

Supervise campaign execution with marketing and branding teams to strengthen FirstTrip’s market presence.

Manage OTA partner coordination, ensuring consistent service delivery and brand representation.

Prepare performance and financial reports for senior management and strategic reviews.

Mentor, guide, and develop the B2C operations team to build a culture of accountability and innovation.

Currently serving dual roles as Head of Digital Marketing at US-Bangla Airlines and Head of Marketing at Firsttrip, I lead the growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition strategies for a dynamic online travel technology platform. Since taking charge of Firsttrip’s B2C business, I have spearheaded its rapid growth, establishing it as one of the fastest-growing online travel brands in Bangladesh, achieving significant milestones in GMV, customer acquisition, and daily transactions within a short span.

I oversee performance marketing, digital campaigns, and integrated branding initiatives designed to drive revenue and customer engagement. My responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience, forging strategic partnerships, and deploying data-driven marketing solutions that deliver measurable impact.
