Achievements:
Increased downloads of the interactive library “HappyKids” on the Russian App Store.
Achieved increase of the content inside HappyKids library (over 150 interactive and voiced over books of Russian and foreign publishers were released since I joined the team).
Built up the partnership with other key companies in the market, advertising agencies, bloggers, communities like Moms With Apps in the USA and local communities in Russia.
Created a COPPA safe HappyKids library (led the certification process of the apps with PRIVO).

iRevolution Ltd.

Created the positioning of the company in the Russian market as children's and educational developer (previously was unknown).
20 apps (iOS) were released: 7 games (+ 1 promo), 2 educational apps, 11 interactive books. The games were regularly on top of the Russian App Store (top 5 in category games, paid, top 5 in category Entertainment) . 
Established good relations with the largest Russian media outlets  like iPhones.ru, iguides.ru
Created the positive image of the company amoung Russian media outlets and bloggers.
Acted as a producer for the localized Russian version of "The City of Secrets", "Thumbelina" from Aidem Media (most successful kids apps in the portfolio of the company). The Apps reached top 2-5 of paid games on the Russian App Store.
Established strong relations with international partners (games developers).

Supervised apps ́ releases: managed the content, researched, defined, and implemented competitive models of monetization, best analytics’ instruments, and ad platforms.
