- Developed new product organization and processes and lead re-organization of the engineering team into autonomous, co-located and self-sufficient pods that own key product KPIs. The result is increased performance and accountability among team members and increased nimbleness and innovativeness across the teams. I scaled the team from 20+ to over 90 people in seven months. I opened a new engineering site in NYC and acquired a company in Sofia, Bg.
