As CEO of Flaunt Digital, I’m responsible for driving the agency forward by overseeing the day-to-day operations, as well as being able to onboard exciting clients.

My favourite type of client is a client that wants to move as quickly as we do, because that’s the reality of digital: it moves fast. And when you have a team as talented as we do, you’ll never be short of ideas - or results. 

For me personally, having a deep knowledge and technical expertise in search marketing and strategy has led to invaluable experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for both national and global clients.
I’ve always been an advocate of using emerging technology to harvest attention and generate revenue for clients - and I’m an even bigger advocate of kindness within business. There’s not enough of it.

I’ll never turn down a conversation with a potential client or employee who is a cultural fit for us.

I have never celebrated the term performance marketing. 

To me, all marketing activity is performance based. Would you hypothesise an outcome and create activity to test that hypothesis without at least an idea of the expected outcome? 

The article on WARC showing research that in the UK marketers are realigning their budgets and directing more into brand-led initiatives made me smile. 

I hope in 2026 (and beyond) marketers and brands can be brave in the pursuit of successful marketing and lean into the fact that the current landscape is difficult to predict but not without significant opportunity.

With human behaviour at the heart of everything they do, Blue Sky worked with clients to really understand the issues they are facing and the behaviours within the organisation that were driving the business outcomes. 

My role at Blue Sky was to manage all our digital channels, from planning to creation to execution.

Whilst on an extended leave period, I travelled different countries whilst working to attain various Scuba Diving qualifications and then taking people diving and teaching people how to dive.
I lived in Thailand for a year and a half before moving to Australia.

I then travelled up the east coast on various scuba diving expeditions before seeking work to gain second years working visa. 
I spent four months as a Jillaroo on a remote farm in Longreach, Queensland. This included mustering sheep by motorbikes, lots of fencing and beer drinking.

Cisco House:
Cisco house was a large house of technology showcasing lots of partnering technology services running on a Cisco backbone. The house was located directly opposite the Olympic park and I was heavily involved in the design and testing of the infrastructure. I then spent 6 weeks before moving into the TOC installing the equipment and delivering service for the opening of the house.

London 2012 Technical Operations Centre:
I was seconded to Atos (official IT provider for the games) to provide third line support in their Technical Operations Centre. This involved working shift patterns around the clock to provide the live games infrastructure. This also included:
- Monitoring of all systems
- Configuring devices once installed
- Liaising with field engineers to resolve issues on the ground
- Proactive checks to ensure healthy network (auditing, verifying, searching for bugs, checking configurations etc)
- Liaising with BT, Cisco and other vendors on any technical issues to be escalated and resolved

London2012: Data and Network Communications Expert

I worked with the Solution Validation Services (SVS, formally eCATS) team providing testing services for the top 10% of Cisco's global enterprise customers. This includes testing such as software upgrade validation and verification through to feature function testing.
Capturing customer requirements, and replicating their networks in our test labs to provide accurate and reliable test results.

At KBR my role was to provide professional network support for a global company. 
From assisting in the design of new solutions to administering the current infrastructure. This role at KBR allowed me to develop core networking skills and a good knowledge base to start my professional network career.

Network Support Engineer

This was a 1st line support position working on a helpdesk at KBR.
Whilst working in this position, it gave me a great insight into the infrastructure behind an IT department and enabled me to make my decision to further my career and work towards my networking certifications.
This was a great first IT role, as it developed my customer service and support skills as well as developing my skills towards writing reports and furthering my knowledge towards process and procedures within an IT department. (ITIL).
