My purpose for work is to help executives and founders move from where they are to where they want to be.

My path was different than most coaches. I became a coach as the Director of Technical Services at a $55M Series-A funded startup.

I didn't just abandon leadership and start "coaching" folks.
Instead, I practiced.
For decades.
In all kinds of operating roles including as COO & CEO.

I've been where my clients are. I know the highs and lows of sitting in the top leadership seats.

We probably share a deep understanding of challenges like these:

• feeling "lonely at the top";
• the struggle of being the single point of failure;
• fearing people will mistake questions for a lack of confidence;
• knowing people mean well but can't understand the role; &
• showing up (sometimes?) as, well, not the best version of myself

Though I've learned a lot, I'm not here to tell anybody what to do. I’m a firm believer in putting my feet on the ground *with* you. It's why my company is called Paravelle.

I show up with:

• challenging questions (like a co-founder who doesn't take 1/2 your equity);
• ideas that might not work but are amazing jumping-off points for your ideas; &
• pressure testing nudges to help you adjust.
