On the SaaS product side, as a UX & UI design specialist, I’m particularly jazzed about making complex screens feel simple — even for expert users. I believe good design gets out of the way (for the user), but can be a powerful weapon (for sales).

the creation/collection and maintenance of partnership-focused metrics for reach, engagement, revenue and profitability.

• Identification and securing all potentials for expanding those relationships and increasing revenue streams and profitability for AOL. 

• Definition of strategic objectives for the Audience relationships in the UK. This also 
includes mid to long term plans and “what AOL needs to do” to maximize opportunity, 
revenue, profitability in those relationships as well as mitigating potential risks.

• Owning the partner management processes in the UK. This includes the planning and 
preparation of regular Executive Steering Committees with the partners as well as 
specialised committees on specific business aspects.

• Working with internal organizations and international stakeholders to ensure service 
provision to the partners, rollout of new products, executing on business development 
opportunities in order to secure and increase AOL’s benefit in those relationships. 

• Management of the delivery of AOL’s obligations under their partner agreements.
