My marketing strategy of creating original and relevant content with deep understanding of SEO and social media increased the site's organic traffic  by over 150% in just the first four months.
Social media: Improving the LinkedIn and Twitter profiles and consistently posting increased traffic and engagement by over 100% without sponsored posts. Twitter followers grew by 50%, and LinkedIn followers grew by 25%.

That entailed creating the content calendar, assigning and reviewing the blogs written by freelancers, sourcing imagery for illustration, creating and scheduling the social media posts,  and finding the talent required for video production and editing. I also set the budget and creatives for LinkedIn promotions and Google Ads.
Accomplishments: 
Research and competitor analysis: I identified the top 5 competitors and tracked their activity and ranking on LinkedIn and Google search rankings.  
Content Strategy : I planned the content calendar with timely topics that I optimized for relevant SEO. 

Editorial Management: I managed a freelance writer, planning monthly assignments that I reviewed, edited, formatted, and  illustrated for the WordPress CMS.

KPI tracking: the site had not been tracked through Google Analytics and Google Search Console. I set that up and integrated it with HubSpot.

Analytics and reporting: I reviewed and compiled the analytics on site and social traffic that I presented in monthly reports. 

Video content: I set up a YouTube channel for the company that featured two videos made by stitching together individual uploads from employees. The internal recruiter referred to the full length version of several minutes to convey company culture to job applicants. The shorter version was designed for social media posts.

Loyalty initiatives: I activated the first company-wide holiday gift program for customers.

To obtain highly technical information that was to be rendered for business audiences, I Interviewed multiple SMEs across continents and time zones.

This was the exception to the general rule of content marketing. One article I wrote brought in a sale qualified lead for a 7-figure contract the day after it was published. He called solely because of that article. 
 Qualified leads also came in through the ads that I composed for specific products and market regions. "We put the app in appraisal," for example, brought in a number of conversions with very little spent on the LinkedIn ad placement. I also composed social media posts to promote specific events where the company representatives were featured and to drive audiences to recently posted blogs.
Connecting regularly with the marketing team members in both the UK and the US via Slack and Zoom, I  contributed to the marketing strategy for the site relaunch in Q4, including corporate branding and the promotion of three new product lines. The blog I wrote on sustainability was picked up by another publication without any effort on the company's PR team required. I also wrote long form content, including thought leadership articles and whitepapers by interviewing subject matter experts in insurance and AI. Some of those articles appear under the names of those experts or with no name.

The site relaunch was a major project that entailed composing new product descriptions and new sections about the use of visual AI in industries beyond auto insurance. The company was expanding into more partnerships with businesses dealing in all  phases of the auto lifecycle and into home insurance and repair.  When the text was fully assembled, I had to edit it for accuracy, grammatical correctness and consistency of American style. I also reviewed supporting assets -- both texts and videos --used by the marketing and sales teams  to identity what corrections and updates were needed.
