Hello, I'm Leanne Elich, a Behavioural Economist and Neuroscientist. Also known as a Leadership Advisor, Speaker, and unapologetic brain enthusiast. My journey started at age 5 with the game Operation, and it somehow turned into a global career across medicine, oncology, commercial leadership and now business psychology. In 2018, I launched LEC to help leaders, teams and organisations transform how they sell, lead and grow.
