• Lead an 18-person cluster with 3 product teams developing a portfolio of automation, messaging, and conversational AI products
• Launched GPT-powered AI chatbot that automates up to 80% of customer support inquiries using an org’s knowledge base or help center
• Slashed several thousand EUR in outbound calling costs for customers by introducing a new telephony routing tool
• Automated CSAT surveys on phone and SMS, reducing manual workload and saving hours per customer agent per day for business customers
• Revamped Dixa’s automation strategy to introduce AI-powered features and launched a generic channel infrastructure enabling rapid scaling
