As a fractional CFO I use the 10+ years I spent working IN a law firm to help law firm owners gain an in-depth understanding of their firm’s financial picture.

I started as a legal assistant and worked my way up through the “law firm ranks”. I know how a law firm runs day to day. When you hire me as your fCFO I bring my financial expertise and my law firm operational experience to our meetings. 

I love working with law firms because they are unique in the small business world. Revenue can be a roller coaster and expenses are unique to law firms.

Energy Alloys is one of the largest global providers of in-house value-added manufacturing and distribution solutions for tube and bar products to the oil and gas industry.  Over the few years I was GM, we set record EBITDA and consistently exceeded revenue targets.  Managing a team of experienced leaders, we had a strong group of over 60 people in sales, finance, operations, logistics, and manufacturing.  We were the first location at EA to earn an API Certification which meant we met rigorous standards in our quality management and manufacturing processes, giving us the capability to provide precision machining including threads.  I'm proud of the fact that many of our team members are still there, working and leading that location to even greater achievements.

Before filing for bankruptcy, First Magnus was one of the nation's largest privately held mortgage companies.  We provided A and Alt A wholesale mortgages to mortgage brokers throughout the United States.  I worked directly with brokers and loan officers to provide them with the best possible loan products for their borrowers.  We were not bound by the constraints of shareholder interests on Wall Street, so we had the freedom and flexibility to focus on what worked best for our brokers (customers).

From leading multi-million dollar supply chain operations in Dubai to co-founding and scaling Client Chat Live into a 7-figure legal tech company, I’ve spent over two decades building systems, teams, and businesses that actually work in the real world.

After successfully exiting Client Chat Live in 2021 and driving a 50% revenue increase post-acquisition, I’m now focused on building a new wave of AI-powered tools and systems.  Products that solve real operational bottlenecks and actually get implemented (not just admired).

Currently in stealth mode, I’m developing a set of AI-driven solutions that blend automation, usability, and business intuition.  The tools are designed to save time, reduce chaos, and increase revenue across service businesses.

Excited to keep learning the limits of my vibe coding capabilities and see how I can help others in the process.  I have built and reworked software in the past, but never as the developer.  AI has given me the power to create as well as design, engineer, and deploy on my own.
