50 in 50 Challenge 

Building 50 projects in 50 weeks using only AI tools and vibe coding practices. Recording tutorials and creating resources for non tech founders to learn the fundamentals of Lovable, Supabase, Cursor and many other tools.

In first half of 2025 I've: 
- Built over 40 apps and publicly launched 17 of them, signing up more than 3,000 users
- Hosted dozens of bootcamps, a Hackathon, and did 4-5 AMA sessions on Vibe Coding
- Had over 500 students graduate a vibe coding course that I built with the help of Starter Story 
- Reached 100,000 views on my YouTube channel

I'm starting to believe that we really need to rethink how we're build things. 

For example: 

- I don't think you need a CMS anymore, you can just build a blog on Lovable, clone and edit blog posts or landing pages in a single prompt, which is much faster than filling out text boxes. 

- Same goes for video editing and generation I guess - Whitney Menarcheck just showed us this is possible to do with Lovable too. 

- I built a chrome extension with Lovable recently even though it should not be technically possible. It just works.  

To those who say that the biggest bottleneck of development with AI tools will be hardware, memory, windows, models or anything else - I say that the biggest obstacle are actually our brains, which are hardwired to the old ways of thinking. 

Find a super bold and crazy idea, and try to build it. Who's to say it can't be done!

Once my coin Brinks truck is picked up today, I’m heading to the range with my FN Scar 20S, 17S, and my carry pistols FNX-45 Tactical, Springfield Armory XD-S MOD.2, and Kimber Mfg., Inc. Ultra Carry II to keep my skills on point.

Just like with keeping your sales skills sharp, by training daily one must keep their shooting skills sharp as well.

Because the world’s gone crazy and evil walks right into churches, stores, and schools, and I refuse to be an easy target. 

I don’t carry because I’m scared; I carry because I’m a father who refuses to depend on luck or politics for my family’s safety. 

The wolves are out there, and pretending they aren’t doesn’t make you brave, it makes you bait.

And just like that, for 99% of 3PLs, I'm still working freight problems.

I’ve had a few loose ends on the trucking side to shore up this morning, and in some downtime, I will enter more Jan 2026 orders. Then it's back to a typical day, as I've got plenty of freight to move.

Your content should make it to where people see your name and instantly know:



1. Who are you?
2. What problem do you solve?

Or sometimes, in my case, a shit-stirrer teller of truths.

This doesn’t happen by “giving it a shot for a few months” but by being consistent and constantly sharing.

Reputation forms through steady expression of purpose. When your message is focused, the world begins to understand your place within it.

Folks need to see you solve the same problem over and over before it sticks.  Then, when they have a problem, you become top of mind.

I’m a big fan of Jordan Belfort.



Learning the art of word selection makes a difference when selling.

Jordan teaches how just changing a few words in a conversation will change to a better sales outcome.

Jordan says. “Never say these three words in sales, they're killing your deals.”

Don’t say "Expensive" Say "Premium."
"Expensive" = overpriced."Premium" = top-tier value.

Don’t say "Cheap" Say "Affordable."
"Cheap" = low quality.  "Affordable" = wise decision.

Don’t say "Try," Say "Explore."  "Try" implies failure.  "Explore" invites curiosity.

Learning word skills when negotiating makes the difference between going home empty-handed and a closed deal.

These basic sales fundamentals should be taught in the first week of any sales organization and then monitor and train on weekly.

There will be MILLIONS of folks turning their OOO on throughout the holidays.



I bet I’ve seen 100 OOO today.

It will go something like, “I will be out of the office from XX TO XX, and you can contact my team at XX for assistance.”

Those teams will not know your client's business, and chances are, they won’t put much time or effort into it because they don’t get paid commissions on it.

That's how you lose business in an industry that may slow down during holiday times, but doesn’t stop.

I can report —> This guy has never used OOO or turned off the phone, ever.

Let's face it, most aren't cut out for entrepreneurship.



In 2023, 7% of the US adult population owned a business, and 1.6% of the population were paid 100% commissions; everyone else was paid a salary or an hourly wage.

18% make $100K, 7% make $250K, and 0.79% of jobs in the country paid more than $500,000 per year, according to 2024 employment data.

My gross wages for 2024 are only $104,000; that’s all I pay myself.

Most business owners don’t pay themselves $500K even if they can.  They would be foolish to be in the 37% tax bracket.

They may receive an owner's share or bonus at the end of the year, after they have taken care of their employees, and there is money left over to cover operating capital.

Most surgeons, engineers, and law firm partners don’t make $500,000 a year.

If you prefer predictability, certainty, and order in your life, you are not cut out for entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship ain’t easy.

But the best part? 

I get to decide who I want to be regardless of the challenges.

I can say what I want and hold my own beliefs without fear of offending anyone or a trip to HR.

Choosing your own path always costs more but pays better.

“Work-life balance”- a phrase I despise - is what you chase when you hate both your work and life.

I knew I had to do more than just a job once I started waiting for weekends early on in my career.  

Instead, I was taking my commission checks from selling cars and not blowing them on stupid shit. I spent my days off and Sundays rehabbing homes to flip and acquiring rentals.

At 26, I had a million dollars in net worth.

Everyone I met who was successful never worried about money because they worked weekends and never paid attention to the clock.

Because money is a byproduct of hard work and understanding that you can make money past 5 PM.

Many make more asleep than people make in a year working 40 hours.

If you prefer a world where things are black and white, you will have to accept the fact that you are OK with giving your time and talent away at a discount.

I believe the only rules are those dictated by the laws of physics.  Everything else is a recommendation.

That means entrepreneurship isn't just coloring within the lines.

That’s called the “Bundy curse.”  Look it up.

He's stuck in an unrewarding career selling women's shoes and is subjected to a family that disrespects him.  Al finds joy in simple things, such as unbuttoning his pants and sitting in his chair to watch his favorite show.

Chances are, like me, you have family who live like Al. Maybe you are an Al Bundy.

There's a saying in entrepreneurship, “You don't have a business without a paying customer."

Living in the USA, the world's largest economy, anyone can find paying customers on their own.

All you have to do is solve a problem you can bill for the full amount, rather than your company, and now you are an entrepreneur.

It’s really not that hard, but it does come with a risk.

Are you an Al Bundy?

This is what I coordinated today.



The client needed a coin shuttle truck because they couldn’t haul the coins in their LLV trucks due to weight constraints.

During the holidays, cash transactions spike as retail shopping increases.

I coordinated an RGN to facilitate a branch-to-branch transfer so the client could make their Federal Reserve runs and deliver coin to retailers.

You can see the driver was a professional, as he measured the unit to verify that he was under the legal height limit and that no permits were needed.

I was connected with the carrier dispatch and driver to ensure the loading process went smoothly.

Some of my clients rarely take days off, and I built my business on the idea that if my clients' lights are on, mine are too.  This mindset and business model have earned me a good living.

Most 3PLs refuse or aren’t willing to go the extra mile, look at business as transactional, and that’s why the agent model will continue to grow and take market share.

It’s easier to get mad at someone’s opinion than to face that your own conviction can’t stand on its own.
