Hi, my name is Dr. Layne McDonald. I have over 20 years of film and television experience, working on fantastic projects with genuinely talented and passionate people. Coming from NPR radio in high school to working on indie films and finding myself amid giants on "Passion of the Christ," "City of Ember," "I Am David," and "Polar Express," I was quickly blessed to work on music videos in Hollywood and sit at the feet of some of the most unique talents in Hollywood history. Today, I have journeyed through those great halls of film music and even worked as a Media Director for a well-known and respected bank. I have had incredible mentors along the way and am blessed to work with amazing people with big hearts and unique spirits. I am blessed to be a blessing.

With a Ph.D. in Administration and Management and a Master's in Communications, I co-founded I Love You Period and founded You Upgraded. As the Founding Communications Director for United for Life Foundation, my mission is to elevate everyone’s creative selves, helping them achieve their greatest potential through faith, love, and innovative strategies.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR/HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR

MHM Services, Inc.

Responsible for providing inmates with case management and counseling services during their incarceration at this maximum security men’s prison. This clinician specialized in working with inmates that had substance abuse disorders. Group and individual counseling was provided. Expertise in Axis II pathology and the ability to assist psychiatrist. Clinician was responsible for sex offender screenings and aftercare planning.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SPECIALIST

Clinical Solutions of South Florida, LLC was founded in 2010.   It provided licensing and accreditation to premiere South Florida Mental Heallth and Substance Use Disorder Facilities.  Lynne Healey has been serving South Florida since 1997 working in key leadership roles with non profits and also as a Clinical Director of detox facilitiies and  mental health programs.  We provided group, individual and clinical director services to premiere Florida facilities.  In 2019, with the help of many global supports and medical professionals, we began telehealth services serving South Florida and eligible clients overseas.   Effective 2023, we have provided trauma informed care in 25 countries.  Our goal is to provide affordable mental healthcare to Floridian's and eligible clients globally.
