As a Co-founder of Social Impact Solutions, I specialize in helping healthcare and public health nonprofit organizations measure, communicate, and expand their impact. My passion is partnering with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their capacity for evaluation, secure sustainable funding, and ultimately improve community health outcomes. By blending my expertise in nonprofit strategy, social impact research, and program evaluation, I equip organizations with insights and tools to achieve lasting change.

I hold a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Health Education from Loma Linda University, a Master of Science in Nutrition from Clemson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Pre-Health Sciences from Oklahoma State University. My academic research focused on advancing nutrition education in medical curricula and promoting lifestyle behavior change within healthcare—foundations that continue to inform my work in the nonprofit sector. I am also a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM).

Over the years, I have served in national leadership roles with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, including Vice President of Research and Vice President of the Trainee Executive Board. Through nonprofit consulting, conference presentations, and published research, I remain committed to advancing evidence-based practices and amplifying the voices of organizations working at the intersection of healthcare, nutrition, public health, and community well-being.

At Social Impact Solutions, our team partners with nonprofits to design effective evaluation strategies, conduct impact studies, and translate data into compelling narratives for funders and community stakeholders.
