Ils gèrent des projets. Des équipes. Une entreprise.

Mais en dedans ? C’est le chaos.

- Tristesse planquée sous le contrôle ou l’hyperactivité.
-  Dialogues internes épuisants.

Pour les entrepreneurs, c’est encore plus piégeux :
Ils sont seuls à bord, tout repose sur eux. Ils avancent, produisent, tiennent.
Mais parfois, l’action devient une fuite.
Et l’usure émotionnelle finit par brouiller la vision, la posture, la relation à soi.

Moi, j’interviens à ce niveau-là.
Quand ça déborde sans faire de bruit.
Quand il devient urgent de retrouver du recul, de l’espace, et une vraie maîtrise émotionnelle.

- En coaching individuel, j’aide mes clients à décoder ce qui se passe en eux, à remettre de l’ordre, à réguler leurs émotions au lieu de les étouffer ou de les subir.

- En entreprise, j’anime des formations sur les soft skills : intelligence émotionnelle, communication, gestion du stress, assertivité…

Des compétences qu’on devrait maîtriser avant même de manager, de vendre ou de décider.

J’ai grandi dans un monde où les émotions faisaient peur.
Où la tristesse se taisait, où la violence parlait à sa place.
C’est ce qui m’a donné cette acuité. Ce besoin de comprendre, pour ne pas reproduire.
Aujourd’hui, j’aide les autres à faire ce chemin.

Ce que je propose :
Un accompagnement clair, humain, sans complaisance.
Des outils qui transforment.
Et des mots qui touchent juste, là où ça coince.
