Your website isn’t “AI-ready.”
And redesigning won’t help.

Uncomfortable truth.
Your website probably looks great.
AI has no idea what it is.

Everyone is redesigning for humans while ignoring the new gatekeepers. Bots. Models. Answer engines.

If you are not using Schema Markup, you are asking AI to guess what your content means.

Guessing is not intelligence.
It is gambling.
And gambling does not earn citations.

Here is what is actually happening.

Humans see headlines, images, and layout.
AI sees unstructured text and ambiguity.
No schema means no clear context.
No context means no trust.
No trust means no visibility.

Schema Markup is not a ranking trick.
It is a translation layer.

If you want AI to cite you, recommend you, or summarize you, stop relying on design alone and start feeding the machines.

Schema is the broccoli of the internet.
Skip it if you want.
Your competitors will not.

Most executives talk about writing a book.
Almost none ever publish one.

Publishing already puts you in the 1%.

Roughly 80% of professionals say they want to write a book.
Fewer than 5% ever finish one.
Closer to 1% actually publish.

That gap has nothing to do with talent.
It has everything to do with follow-through.

For business owners, publishing isn’t a vanity project.
It’s leverage.

A book signals authority.
It opens doors to media, speaking, partnerships — and often higher earnings.

Most people say they have a book in them.

Your content isn’t optimized for GEO.

Most businesses publish content.
Very few publish content that AI can cite.

Here’s the 9-step flow behind Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):
1. Lead with clarity about who you are and what you do
2. Use consistent language everywhere you show up
3. Write in facts, not persuasive copy
4. Name and define the ideas you want associated with you
5. Structure content so it’s easy to understand
6. Answer the questions AI users actually ask
7. Support claims with real context and scope
8. Make attribution easy by reinforcing your name
9. Explain how things work, not just what you believe

If your site reads like marketing, AI summarizes you.
If it reads like an explanation, AI references you.

SEO helps people find you.
GEO helps AI name you.

You don’t need to post “10x more” on LinkedIn.
You just need to post 10 times a year!?

Everyone keeps misquoting Search Engine Journal's “10x on LinkedIn” idea like it’s some hustle-bro mandate.

It’s not.

According to Search Engine Journal, the actual takeaway is almost boring in how small it is:

Founders who post at least 10 times per year on LinkedIn
↳ generate 33 percent more leads
↳ and close larger deals
↳ than founders who post less.

Ten posts.
Per year.

That’s not a content strategy.

They come from:

You’re Not a Thought Leader. You’re a Topic Hopper.
AI can’t trust what it can’t categorize.

Content authority isn’t about saying more things.
It’s about saying the right things repeatedly.

Here’s the hard truth your content calendar doesn’t want to hear 👇

Chatterbox posting looks like this:
 • 100 topics
 • 100 directions
 • Zero authority

Humans might find it “interesting.”
↳ AI finds it confusing.

LLMs don’t reward variety.
↳ They reward pattern recognition.

When you bounce from mindset to marketing to meals to memes, AI can’t answer one simple question:
↳ “What are you actually known for?”

Now let’s talk about specialist posting.

Posting about 3 topics, 100 times does not mean repeating yourself.
It means:
• Teaching the same idea from new angles
 • Answering different objections
 • Going deeper instead of wider
 • Building connective tissue AI can follow

Depth beats novelty.
Consistency beats clever.

And no, it doesn’t have to be boring.

If you’re bored posting it, you’re doing it wrong.
↳ Specialists play with format, stories, frameworks, hot takes, examples, and receipts.

Same lanes.
Different vehicles.

The result?
↳ AI knows exactly where to file you.
↳ Humans know exactly why to trust you.

No focus = no expertise.
Consistent focus = authority that compounds.

If your content feels scattered, it’s not a creativity problem.
