👋 Hello! I'm Laura, a dedicated and results-driven professional with a passion for leading cross-functional teams to success. With a proven track record in project management, I excel in developing and implementing effective strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🚀 As a Coordinator Project Manager at Alexion - AstraZeneca Rare Disease, I played a key role in developing and executing project plans, coordinating various project phases, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. My experience has honed my ability to navigate complex challenges and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

💼 Additionally, I'm the Founder of Acor Brand Design, where I've established and managed a successful brand strategy and graphic design company. Through effective project management and client relationship management, I've led my team to deliver high-quality  project results in the health and wellness industry.

Over the past 25+ years I have brought compassion, care, guidance and support to an expanse of individuals across diverse backgrounds, during some of the most profound and challenging moments of their lives; guiding them towards deepest healing, love for themselves, empowerment & lasting transformation. In July 2022 I was ordained as an Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counsellor by the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation and this is promising to be the most rewarding journey! 

Backed by a vast expertise in the healthcare fields, I am fully present as a trusted advocate, advisor and confidant, equipt with practical advice and tools for navigating the ordinary and the extraordinary. I guide all whom I work with in the most compassionate, supportive & professional manner, working with each individual at their own pace. My approach is grounded in active listening, empathy, and respect each person's unique journey.
