Here's what actually works in 2026 (for any niche):

Everyone is talking about the "new" LinkedIn algorithm.
But I just see it as more of the same, but 10x more specific.

1. Hyper-specific content (3x a week)

Their content is hyper-specific but simple.

Clients want to work with them because they get it.
Users want to engage with them because they simplify it.

2. Proof-First Content

80% tactical step-by-step frameworks and screenshots.
20% stories on how you're doing it (use stories)

The 80% builds trust, the 20% engages them more. 

Educate and storytell. Always both. 

3. LinkedIn Video (let me explain...)

Video reach might be down right now.
But it's the fastest way to prove authority. 

LinkedIn video is ok.
Linkedin Lives? They're a goldmine.

We had a LinkedIn live with 200 people.
Made $10,000 from it. 

People buy from people they trust. Video accelerates this! 

I'd limit these to 2 a month, though, no pressure.

Age 18: Couldn't speak in public. Had a stutter.

Yes, it's true. The "LinkedIn Algo" has changed... but landing high-ticket clients was never about impressions.

It's about what I call "content-offer" fit.

I learnt this after I grew to 20k followers.
And had no clear monetisation path. 

Viral content. An 'optimized' profile... Few closed deals.

This hurt - I didn't want to be a 'content creator'. 
I wanted to run my content into consistent revenue.

So my content and overall brand had to match my offer.

Here's what I did to land high-ticket clients from posts:

1. My content went from "broad" to "1 person 1 problem" - I spoke about their needs and wants not just me.
   
2. My engagement went from "adding everyone" to "10-15 hyper-personalised connection requests to my ICP.
   
3. My comments and dm's always focused on solving a problem or giving value not just "hey good post". 
   
   ^ this was a life-changer, I still get leads from just that. 
   
4. My "engagement" time went from just commenting on every post to looking at profile views and targeting them. 

Look today, your content is either converting clients or wasting your effort and time pursuing impressions.

The difference between both is content-offer fit.
Not the algorithm, or your "low impressions".

A day in the life of a SaaS content strategist.

Here’s how I manage 5+ SaaS projects daily 
↳ without missing deadlines.

Managing multiple clients means:
• maintaining content quality
• addressing diverse content needs
• and navigating high expectations 

So here’s how I keep everything on track:

→ Mondays = strategy (no calls)
→ Tue–Thu = deep work blocks 
→ Friday = admin + creative work (no calls)

𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸: 
👉 The “5-minute rule.” 
If a task takes less than 5 minutes, I do it immediately.
This keeps my inbox + to-do list clean.

Do you follow a workday structure or just go with the flow?

𝗣.𝗦. I wrote this in between two client check-ins and a very needy cat demanding attention.

GEO. AEO. LLMO. AI Search Optimization.

The field is so new that nobody even agrees on what to call it.

And honestly? That's fine. Argue about the name later.

What matters is this: your buyers are typing questions into ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek right now. 

And somewhere in that answer, maybe your competitor is being mentioned. You might not be.

This is a visibility problem in a place lots of companies haven't even looked yet.

Call it whatever you want. Just don't ignore it.

A client asked me last week:

"Why do we need comparison pages? Won't that help competitors?"

Short answer: No.

Long answer:

Buyers are ALREADY comparing you to competitors.

Either:
A) On your site (your narrative)
B) On competitor sites (their narrative)
C) On random review sites (uncontrolled narrative)

You don't create the comparison.
You control it.

Everyone's debating SEO vs. GEO

But here's the plot twist: ‘SEO feeds LLMs’

(someone dropped this in the comments on my recent post, and it's exactly right.)

Here's how it works:

SEO creates content → other sites reference it → your domain authority grows → LLMs see those citations everywhere → your brand shows up in AI responses.

It's the "content ecosystem" effect. Your SEO work ripples beyond your site and feeds the broader web that LLMs pull from. The content people cite, link to, and talk about.

SEO is still the foundation. But visibility today is distributed.

Here’s an analogy to make this simple:
🍈 SEO plants the seeds.
🌱 The entire internet decides what grows.
🌳 LLMs harvest what's there

So the real question isn't SEO or GEO.
It's whether your content is worth citing in the first place.

P.S.  If you're not tracking where your brand shows up in AI responses, you're flying blind. That's the work I do now: mapping your brand's LLM visibility... and building the content ecosystem that feeds it.

YES, LinkedIn is being cited by LLMs (but not in the way you think)

A Semrush study of 230,000 prompts found Reddit and LinkedIn among the top most-cited domains across ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode, and Perplexity (Semrush, November 2025).

And a separate Spotlight study adds a crucial layer: out of 19,202 LinkedIn sources cited by these LLMs, 78%+ came from LinkedIn Pulse articles specifically (Spotlight, January 2026).

Here's what you need to know:

LLMs want verifiable content, and Linkedin Pulse articles tie content to real people with employment history, education, and professional accomplishments.

But I have my own observations that add yet 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 layer.
