This man has created the best work he’s ever created (his words!). 

And he truly has… undefinable life design: How to design a unique life that sustains your energy and income. 

An incredibly useful book giving so many people the words, direction and meaning to the way their lives have evolved and will keep evolving as they grow. 

He’s shaped a world that feels exciting, inspiring and expanding: The undefinable Ascent. 

A framework to support those on a journey of designing their life outside of labels, not settling for less than they deserve, and becoming aligned to who they uniquely are. 

Charlie’s also been living this world and framework throughout writing, creating and his life chapters. 

So on Wednesday when witnessing the launch of his book, celebrating his greatest work and sharing hugs with undefinables - it was pure love, admiration and belonging.

Courageous, bold and majestic. The three words I called Charlie Rogers when we first met. 

Courageous… showing up no matter what. Doing things differently, even when there’s not always a clear path. 

Bold… being so aligned to who he is, deeply living by his values and sharing all layers of himself while navigating emotional thawing regardless of the challenges.

Majestic… there’s a unique edge about him that’s magnetic. His ways of being, thinking and understanding are so uniquely him. 

And all three of these he’s wholeheartedly been throughout his book writing journey. 

Showing up no matter the storm, believing with full certainty in the path even while he’s still walking (and was writing) it. 

Living, breathing and doing his own framework while emotionally integrating, giving others the courage and case study to believe they can too. 

Inviting in beta readers of his book drafts to critic them, as he knew the only way to write the most useful book is to have those it’s for join along the way. 

Charlie has shown up everyday, not just for himself but for the many he wants to help. 

Through his learnings, leadership and framework he’s enabling people with powerful words and direction for their life. Creating a space of belonging when they’d usually feel scattered, too much or misaligned. 

Through his courageous, bold and majestic ways he’s created the best work he’s ever created.
