I lead the Product and Business Analytics @ Amazon MX Player, one of the India's largest free video streaming services that offers high-quality, youth-focused content accompanied by an industry-leading ads experience. I was part of the launch team for Amazon miniTV, and during the 0-1 phase I worked cross-functionally to set up a gamut of foundational processes beyond just Product - content ingestion, creator payments, merchandizing etc. to grow the service. My team focuses on enhancing the user experience, optimizing the platform's performance, and incorporating innovative features that elevate the viewing experience. My goals include acquiring users through endemic channels, engaging and converting visitors to viewers through industry-best CX, retaining them through product-led strategies and enabling internal business teams to make data driven, impactful decisions.  

Before miniTV / MX Player, I led the Amazon Sponsored Brands and then Display Ads Products during their launch/early growth phases for Amazon India advertising. During this period, I worked closely with large and small brands in India to help them grow on Amazon shopping platform, while unlocking monetization opportunities.
