• Head of Product Marketing, Freshservice. Established product marketing as a function within Freshworks for Freshservice, overseeing PMM during product growth to major $$ milestone.
• Envisioned and built a high performing PMM function within Freshservice with zero attrition.
• Introduced Freshservice in ITSM Magic Quadrant for the first time ever in the Gartner MQ for service management category.
• Chief evangelist for Freshservice at leading industry events including SITS and Refresh 2020.
