As a practicing professional for the last 22 years, I have witnessed the transformation of various industries. I have been directly involved in digital transformation initiatives during the early years of my career. Later, I was entrusted to lead many strategic initiatives in the past 15 years in my senior leadership roles as a trusted advisor to customers, CXOs of global enterprises. 

With extensive international experience in digital strategy, business & operational excellence, program management, and complex solutions in multi-techs, and multi-vendor scenarios, as a hands-on team leader, I have successfully initiated, led, and managed multimillion USD complex digitalization initiatives in high-tech industries, including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Ports, Industrial, Manufacturing, Media. As a passionate community and thought leader, I have built the largest AIoT ecosystem in Southeast Asia and championed community leadership in partnership with global ecosystems, agencies, and initiatives.

EXECUTIVE HIGHLIGHTS:
•	Leading voice in ASEAN on Digital Transformation, AI, Emerging Technologies, & Industry 4.0.
•	Developed digitalization, AI strategy blueprints, implemented and managed complex solutions for global enterprises.
•	Established multiple Digital Project Management Offices (DPMOs) and best program management practices to help organizations be profitable, and accelerate, and scale digitalization initiatives. 
•	Managed complex multi-tech, multi-vendor projects as big as US$ 50 million at a given time (In high-tech industries, including Aviation, Automotive, Pharma, Energy, Airports, Manufacturing & Media).
•	Managed multi-cultural and location projects and team size of 50+ professionals. 
•	Delivered CXOs/ leadership workshops on Digitalization. (Trained 500+ senior professionals)
•	Expert knowledge of innovation ecosystem (Evaluated 200 + Startups, and scaleups).
•	Regularly researches, analyzes trends, and speaks at leadership forums (Presented at 150+ events).
•	Founder- IoTSG, the biggest IoT Ecosystem in Southeast Asia. (8000+ professionals in network).
•	ASEAN Leader- AIoT User Group of enterprises (50+ large enterprises).  
•	Extensive international experience with specialization in Singapore/ASEAN markets.
