I’ve built my career in sales and business development by doing the work most people avoid: prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and staying consistent long after the first “no.”

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across manufacturing, healthcare, motorsports, and other B2B environments where trust, follow-through, and real conversations matter more than slick decks. I’ve built pipeline, grown accounts, supported dealer and partner networks, and learned how to navigate complex buying groups without losing momentum.

I believe a “no” is rarely the end of a conversation. More often, it’s an opportunity to add value, understand timing, and leave the door open for the right moment. That mindset has helped me stay disciplined with outreach, resilient in the field, and focused on long-term relationships rather than quick wins.

I’m at my best in roles where I can own my territory or accounts, show up face to face, and be accountable for results. I enjoy working with business owners and operators, asking good questions, and connecting solutions to outcomes that actually move the needle.

Right now, I’m open to sales, business development, account management, and field-based roles with teams that value integrity, effort, and relationship-driven growth.

Commissioned new start up cannabis facility with advanced technical equipment. Chillers, boilers, fertigation, lighting, recircultive water plant,  and designed CO2 dispersion. Worked with GC to finish build out, commission facility, and programmed all systems to get company to revenue with a  first harvest within 3 months! Wrote SOP, policy and procedures, and built team for the complete cultivation department.

Decades of experience operating multi-million dollar cannabis facilities, leading success in positive revenue within the first couple years of operations. Byron takes pride in taking failing cannabis companies to cash flow positive operations. Lowering operational cost substantially thru years of experience, thoughtful processes, and data collection is just a few items that has separated him from the rest of the pack!

Designing low input manufacturing, lean labor tactics, and sound processes he has been able to lead multiple states in commercial cannabis flower, edibles, and concentrate production. Massachusetts, Washington, Maine, Oregon, Missouri, PA, and Ohio, to just name a few. Establishing key partnership with many of the biggest national brands in cannabis. Cookies, Wiz Khalifa, Jim Bulushi, CANN, and Old Pal to just throw some names around.
The opportunity to take cannabis focused companies to substantial revenue gains on the investment thru culture. Creating system for ROI gains, data collection, and experience training has been just a few of his metrics for these achievements.

He has focused solely in the cannabis production sector of indoor cannabis production, manufacturing, production, and lowering cost in one of a kind greenhouse facilities, since leaving the automotive manufacturing arena. Byron was a new product development director in the automotive industry for over 19 yrs. Now leading the cannabis industry in production models has been rewarding and inspirational! He has been thankful to be able to be a leader in two different industries. 

Commissioning 40 k plus sq ft facilities, designing complete build outs, and extensive SOP's creation in the cannabis industry specifically. Cultivation, packaging, processing, MIPs, edibles,  environmental system, and complete operational controls. 

Byron truely loves managing large teams with state of the art manufacturing equipment.
