Hi there! I’m the guy who started TurboDocx after spending way too many hours on documents and presentations. Whether it was a Statement of Work, a Managed Service Agreement, or some complex Cloud Design, what should’ve been a quick job always turned into a days-long ordeal, full of painful errors.

Sometimes the best part of an industry event isn’t what happens in the sessions — it’s the conversations that happen in the in-between spaces.

I was in Orlando this week visiting friends, and since IT Nation was happening at the Rosen Shingle Creek, I swung by for two half-days “hall cons” to connect with people I rarely get to see in person.

The lobby conversations alone were worth the trip — catching up, swapping ideas, and hearing what everyone is building. The energy of having so many MSP leaders and innovators in one place was unreal.

A few folks asked what I’ve been working on — so I shared a bit about TurboDocx, and a few of the newer things we are packing into $20/month. It was great to hear how much the community values anything that saves time.

Huge respect to the IT Nation team and attendees. The event looked incredible, and the buzz in the halls says everything about how strong this community is.

I had to head out mid-day on Day 2, but I left energized and grateful for the people I got to reconnect with.
