Analyze reports and oversee the Fixed Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Parts and Accessories departments and make sure that the dealers are compliant with Toyota Warranty Policies & Procedures.

Work closely with District Sales Manager and Field Technical Specialist as a team to ensure all customer concerns are handled appropriately and on time.

District Service & Parts Manager

Supported the Sales, Service, and Vehicle Supply Departments as the Regional Management Trainee through such tasks as upkeeping certain daily, weekly, and monthly reports; assisting management in regional events, trainings, and vehicle launches; as well as being a part of the Chicago Vision Team.

Regional Analyst for the Chicago Region

Spent about 18 months training at Toyota's national Headquarters in LA. My training included: NADA financial statement training, Dealer Operations training, Customer Service Experience in both the Toyota & Lexus call centers, Warranty training, and Accessories training. During this time I also experienced excellent Anger Diffusion training/Emergency situation training while working in the Toyota Call Center during the Pedal Recalls.

Leading with a focus on customer relationship management, my current role as Senior Director at Recall Masters, Inc. harnesses my expertise in strategic marketing, brand engagement and Fixed Operations knowledge. Our team's efforts are channeled towards cultivating meaningful interactions with key accounts and driving forward the innovation of automotive marketing strategies.

During my recent tenure as Vice President of Business Development at CBC Automotive Marketing, I was instrumental in magnifying brand visibility and forging new client partnerships. My approach combines a keen understanding of vehicle dynamics with a passion for the automotive industry, which is vital in delivering exceptional solutions that enhance the vehicle purchasing journey for our clients.

That's a 7% drop from just two years ago and signals that efforts are continuing to fall short.

Since 2018, cox shares dealers have lost about 12% of their service visits. Eek! 😱
