I am currently coaching a cohort of 73 graduate students on general career education including: career exploration, career planning, resume revisions, cover letter editing, interviewing, and networking. Additionally, I create career content and lead career focused workshops. I also sit on the MMark Program Advisory Committee to help shape the program's strategy.

I recruited both undergrad and graduate students into a variety of functional roles and leadership development programs. I transitioned into higher education where I gained experience in MBA admissions and also received my M.Ed. in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
