3 years ago, I was drowning...

As an RVP at a fast-growing tech company, my life had become an endless stream of:

• "Urgent" emails
• Back-to-back meetings
• And constant fire-fighting

Waking up early and working late into the night.

My phone was always buzzing with notifications.

To make matters worse, it was taking a toll on my family.

The breaking point:

Missing my son's jujitsu belt test.

Something I'd promised I wouldn't do.

That night, seeing the disappointment in his eyes, I knew something had to change.

I spent the next year obsessively learning, developing & testing different productivity systems that would allow me to:

• Still perform at a high level
• Stop feeling perpetually overwhelmed
• End working nights/weekends just to keep up

I started creating what I called "mini-systems"

Small changes that had a compounding effect.

What began as a quest to regain control of my calendar...

Evolved into an operating system that helped me recover 10+ hours every week.

More importantly, spend more time w/ family. 

I've started documenting my learnings & "mini-systems" and now share them with others through my content and weekly newsletter The Systematic Sales Leader.

My goal is to help as many sales leaders as possible avoid the same burnout I and so many others experience through tested and proven systems.

- Source, interview, and hire talent across diverse departments ranging from Sales to Marketing to Operations to Procurement to Product Development to Finance to Operations, and everything in between. 
- Train hiring managers and hiring teams on best practices for interviewing candidates, with a focus on behavioral interview techniques.
- Collaborate with Compensation Analyst and SLT to ensure that all compensation is competitive in the market.
- Partner with hiring managers on onboarding planning for all new hires, ensuring their Day 1, Week 1, and Month 1 experience sets them up for a successful start at Wellness

Delphix is a pre-IPO test data management software company. I was responsible for all technical sourcing in NORAM, managing messaging, top of funnel, and advocating for process improvement and a consistent and systemic commitment to identifying and attracting candidates from under-represented groups. 

- Designed and implemented data-driven, go-to-market recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborated with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert to hiring managers, directors, vice presidents, and C-Suite
- Coordinated with a global talent acquisition team to deliver holistic talent strategy and messaging
- Introduced and led a consistent sourcing effort to reach highly qualified talent from under-represented/diverse populations

- Supported the domestic Sales and Marketing teams with full cycle recruiting, including collaborating on job descriptions, gathering business requirements, developing and executing sourcing and recruiting strategies, screening candidates, negotiating and presenting offers, and closing candidates
- Managed an average of 12-15 requisitions across various functions of the Sales and Marketing business units, with roles located in Bullhorn’s US and European offices as well as remotely in the field
- Consistently exceeded pipeline diversity targets, presenting multiple highly qualified candidates from under-represented populations 
- Effectively partnered with hiring teams ranging from new managers to experienced C-suite executives
- Collaborated with Human Resources, Sales Ops, and Finance business partners to proactively address hiring needs
