 - It isn’t about lofty concepts. It’s practical and actionable. These tools are rooted in psychology, neurology, energy dynamics, and the fundamental sciences of how people understand each other and themselves. 
 - The greatest results come from balancing different philosophies. My work seeks to combine philosophical, spiritual, and wisdom traditions and beliefs from across the globe and across time, all blended with the practical stuff. Through holistic exploration, we can get a more specific, inspirational, and energetic outcome. 
 - It isn’t for everyone, at least not right now. The people most ready to start down this path are those who want to get answers for themselves, and put in work for the most purposeful, highest-performing, most fulfilled lives they could have. 

I’m a guide, not a guru. I’m actively exploring and growing alongside you, and would love to invite you to join the journey. I believe you are the one who has all the answers you need the most, already within. You might just need to listen a little more clearly.

In May 2019, I led a group of young people through a leadership day in their school, in which I facilitated conversations and activities that explored teamwork, pitching, personal growth, and the importance of learning new skills. 

In summer of 2019, I worked as a Team Mentor for a group of NCS participants, and facilitated sessions on reflection, social action, team building, presenting and public speaking, and more. 

In September, I led a group of young people through a day of leadership skill building.

Helping to run the overall business of EMNL, ensure we operate effectively, secure new clients, and more. I want to push all of our clients and programmes to fully take on board the expertise that young people can bring to the table.

Currently, we are building organisations in investment, travel, music, beauty, and youth market research.

Making a switch within the organisation to focus more on Generation Z support for our clients, I head up all of our programmes and ensure the Gen-Z voice and work is tailored to them and brought to the fore, to ensure that the voice of young people is represented and understood in our client organisations and that they can improve as a result of our work.

As a small social enterprise, part of my job is to run the business, but I also head up our youth consultancy services. We provide a unique service and role, which requires a vast amount of primary and secondary research, clear communication, writing, and presentation skills, and people management as I aim to cement this service into the business and turn the business into the country's leading youth empowerment service as a result.

We work as Youth Consultants for clients interested in preparing for the Gen-Z workforce. My role requires clear communication and critical analysis of areas for improvement and opportunity. We scrutinise the preparedness of client organisations, or their teams, to utilise a Gen-Z workforce or interact with a Gen-Z consumer base.

In addition to this, we organise and facilitate validation and mastermind groups to explore the possibilities available to our clients. I have done this personally, which required client negotiation skills, planning skills, and facilitation of young people. This is done through hosting focus groups and youth boards. We also organise mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes to bring young people in direct and regular contact with organisation staff, so the learning process can be facilitated two ways.

Lead Gen-Z Consultant

Having helped deliver projects for organisations and for communities, I began to officially co-run EMNL Group in 2018. We have worked with a variety of corporate and community clients, from Nike to the BBC. You can find more information on our work below. 

My role requires organising all pieces of the business together to ensure a multitude of projects and clients are delivered. This means managing and developing team members, managing the internal and external communications of the business, planning and tracking resources, and maintaining partner relationships. 

This also requires some project and event management skills for EMNL Consultancy, which compliments my experience as a facilitator. You can view our past clients and current offers through the link below to our website.

I began working with this organisation as the Community Manager, managing the database of young people that we work with and communicating important organisational information to ensure delivery of our validation programmes, such as focus groups.

This would also require creating information packs, resources, and staying up-to-date about all important information relevant to our community. This needed to be regularly communicated, and communicated clearly and effectively. Furthermore, I would usually be involved in the delivery of validation programmes, so I enhanced my experience delivering and facilitating sessions between young people and client organisation staff.

To support my growth while I work to launch and grow socially entrepreneurial ventures and projects, I began working for Shelter - an organisation that does work which is very near and personal to my heart - to help manage their charity shops across London. 

Although I had management experience prior to working here, working to run shops and engage with the public was the first time I became a manager over many other people and had responsibility for a contribution to a much larger organisation in such a direct way. 

I learned the personable skills that retail teaches you, and reinforced the skills such as managing other people and resources that have allowed me to support small business growth and coach and up-skill various groups of people.

I felt an intense desire to make the world a better place. But my inner conflict only allowed my anger to come out into the world, and none of the work I actually wanted to do. 

Finally, one day, a friend of mine turned around and said to me - “Seven, if you can’t help yourself, how are you ever going to help anyone else?” And that hit me.

I started to interrogate - through growth, more loss, and personal interest - what it meant to me to be wise. What it meant to have a strong spirit. What it meant to have values - principles. What it meant to have balance. I’ve learned a lot more about who I am, and ultimately what it means to be. That’s when my journey pivoted.

I got involved as a first employee, then a co-founder, of a business that delivered projects for some of the biggest companies in the world (the likes of Nike and Facebook tend to capture people’s attention the most). After a few years of this, and a couple of failed start-ups, I transitioned into the Start-up Ecosystem to support other founders and help start-ups succeed through programmes, events, coaching, and consulting, eventually delivering an award-winning accelerator and getting trained in NLP as a coach.

I’m now a Tedx speaker, writer, host, and educator passionate about helping people unlock clarity, confidence, and purpose. With experience spanning 4 start-ups, building 3 communities ranging from 1-6k, and working with global brands like Nike and Facebook, I bridge the practical, psychological, and philosophical to guide high performers toward lasting fulfilment.

I’m the host of the Lost and Searching Podcast and work to energise leaders by overhauling their professional presence on 3 levels: social (communication), emotional (states and mindsets) and spiritual (connection to others and intuition). 

I don’t want anyone to feel left behind like I once did. Instead, I want everyone to feel energised and alive. My dedication is to ensuring you’re as empowered, and as effective in life, as possible.
