o	Responsible for the management of the MEP site team including mentoring, scheduling their activities, recruitment and performance management of the team members.
o	Directing the MEP site team through all construction phases of a project including contractor coordination and all aspects of site management.
o	Check and ensure the project brief, all design briefs, MEP drawings and specifications and all project relevant information are executed as per client’s objectives.
o	Contact with suppliers of electrical, plumbing and fire safety materials/equipment in order to be aware of the most efficient and cost effective application and working methods.
o	Monitoring MEP progress, quality and safety, and initiating action to rectify any non-conformance.
o	Supervise onsite MEP contractor(s) for their safety, quality, equipment and maintenance of appropriate resourcing levels.
o	Preparing MEP progress information for inclusion in the project report, providing all relevant information to the project manager.
o	Monitoring the preparation of MEP contractor’s final accounts obtaining relevant certificates and submission to the client for payment.
o	Ensuring the inclusion in the contract and subsequently requesting the design team, consultants and contractors to supply the client with installation drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, as well as ensuring adequate arrangements have been made for training of clients engineering and maintenance staff.
o	To follow pre defined procedure and take necessary precautions at installation, Erection & measurements of (Machines, piping, ducting, and insulation, Alignment of Drives etc).
o	To plan and schedule material moment, manpower mobilization and various activities including day to day cash flow needs.
o	Commissioning of the Equipment’s with Design aspects, and making as built drawing.
