•	Shared and executed a comprehensive plan to revamp Wholesale and Retail channel, with Channel Category plans for HORECA (OOH), Key Accounts and Large Grocers (LMTs).
•	Took go-to-market and sales transformation initiatives through revamped RTM & data management on Power BI.
•	Boosted coverage  in peripheries by incentivizing mini-wholesalers to serve as proxy distributors. 
•	Nominated ICE Champion for Gujranwala Region and achieved results i.e. 95% availability for the region.
•	Designed a communication campaign to reiterate brand message to the consumers, and incentivized retailers to do brand advocacy. It was customer value proposition, which had an emotional value for consumers, and better margins, an economic value for the retailers.
•	Introduced use of QR codes to bridge the retail-company disconnect. Allowed prompt response to out of stock and incentive disbursement issues raised digitally by retailers.
•	Received token of appreciation on a national level plan named ‘Quench for thirst’ aimed on a broad-spectrum approach i.e. Volume, Visibility and Handling. Received two more token of appreciations on initiating/completing Census project and for achieving double digit growth in Q1 2019.
•	Achieved an ever-highest volume number in the month of May’18, with highest growth in the region in 2018.

•	Area Manager for the most critical distribution of a Metro Town - Lahore with a turnover of PKR 100 million/ month.
•	Implemented sales force automation for real time data and RTM planning based on 50/80 model.
•	Part of the trade activations, trade marketing, merchandising campaigns, and distribution drives for Marlboro pack change, Red n White revamp, and Morven's new association with an International Brand Chesterfield.
•	Used SPSS to determine perceptual positioning and a brand strategy plan for Red & White, which was in pressure due to its price point, poor brand imagery and cannibalization by Morven.
•	Arranged the trade event for the relaunch of Marlboro 2.0, which was a great success.
