I always ask for multiple perspectives, not one summary.

Third, I summarise aggressively.
If I cannot explain it simply, I do not understand it yet.

• One paragraph TLDR
• Bullet notes only
• Beginner level explanation

Finally, I verify everything.
At least two sources. Always.

Research is no longer about effort.
It is about asking better questions.

When I started exploring how top performers learn, I realised speed does not come from effort. It comes from strategy.
