It's embarrassing to say... but I postponed publishing my first social media post for 7 years 🥲

(if you’ve been overthinking posting online – or felt like “I’m good at my work, but I don’t know how to show it” – keep reading.)

So yeah... Seven. Frigging. Years.

Not because I had nothing to say.
Not because I wasn’t good at what I did.

But because I was afraid of:

• Being judged
• Sounding stupid
• “Not being ready yet”
• Posting the wrong thing
• Being visible before I felt confident

But eventually, I realized something:

Staying invisible was costing me more than being imperfect ever could.

Opportunities. Clients. Confidence. Momentum.

I knew I was meant for more than my 9-5 could offer me, so I started posting anyway – awkwardly, imperfectly, learning as I went.

Now, 2.5 years later, I have:

✔ Published 200+ posts on social media
✔ Gained 5,000+ followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
✔ Reached 1.16 Million views

I postponed publishing my first LinkedIn post for 7 years because of doubts/fears/excuses like:

- etc, etc, etc...

Fast-forward today, I've published over 250 posts across social media, and I help others do the same.

The only regret tho? Not starting sooner.

First update -

- 2-minute video recording
- Setup time

But to translate someone else's videos? 
You need basically nothing.

Which makes this perfect for training videos in international companies. Record your training once in your native language. Reuse it in 30 languages.

Especially useful if you're in finance and would rather do literally anything than be on camera all day :)

I read through AI headlines for my weekly roundup, and honestly? It can be exhausting.

Every other day there's a "breakthrough" announcement. Every week someone claims we're at a turning point. Every month a new tool promises to 10x your productivity.

What AI myth or headline has been driving you crazy lately?

I've been working on my 2026 AI predictions for the past two weeks.
And I want to focus on something unusual.

I have been reading forecasts from Microsoft's CEO, AI researchers at Stanford, industry experts. Analyzing and comparing it with what I'm seeing in my own trainings with finance teams.

And I kept coming back to one pattern:
A lot of people are talking about technology. Very few are talking about ROI.
That's the thing I believe is really important in 2026. 

It’s not access to GPT-5x or Claude 4.x that will separate companies - it’s what they do with it. It's about knowing how to implement, measure, integrate, and govern it.

My 2026 forecast isn't about new models. It's about new maturity.
I see a divide is forming between three groups:
▪️ Powerusers who build systems
▪️ Surface users who think rewriting emails = AI mastery
▪️ Non-users still watching from the sidelines
