Last month, I reviewed the profile of a deeply experienced, highly credentialed professional.

On paper, everything looked perfect.
Impressive. Ethical. Smart.
But when I asked who actually reaches out to work with her?
She paused and said:
“People tell me I sound impressive… but no one starts a real conversation.”

Nothing was wrong with her profile.

But it wasn’t speaking the language of her buyer’s personality.

Last week, I saw this stat from a survey by Kimberly Figueroa she/her/hers Figueroa:
🟣 60% of women entrepreneurs said their profile felt “satisfactory” or “boring.”

And it tracks.
