1) Affording it:  if you cannot or do not believe your business can afford it, it’s an expensive risk.

It’s why you use pricing as a tool and you raise prices last. Pricing important but won’t solve things unless you keep upgrading client levels. Pricing is about 5 areas of business and prices are just one fifth of this 

2) Replacing yourself, you have to be able to train someone to duplicate and usually improve the functions you are moving away from.

It starts with us but for anyone to get promoted, they have to train their replacement. Without this part you create gaps and that slows things down, gets costly in results, time, money.

3) Marketing, this is probably a two not a three. We need a repeating system, process, strategy to have interested people or businesses 

Without this we have a good idea, without the capacity to exist.

Pricing is a tool for growth, you can increase revenues over 30% without raising prices when you understand the formula 

We all need growth in the form of help or assistance so we don’t have to work all the time.
