I've gained my experience by being in 13 years of tech and for the last 5 years I’ve hired, trained, and developed 100+ AE’s and built over 10 teams in segments from SMB to Enterprise. Nearly 70% of the people on my teams hit President’s Club and there was a zero percent attrition rate.

•Conducted diligence meetings for client leadership and other stakeholders on the health of target companies to obtain financial information and identify operational abnormalities, resulting in data insights that directly led to $25m savings
•Researched and drafted financial diligence memos into 9 acquisitions of leading private equity firms and presented findings to senior management, leading to a cumulative $40m savings on purchase price of acquired firms
•Collaborated with 15 global team members to prepare detailed analytical workbooks by leading daily briefings and relaying project management status to senior leaders, leading to a 15% decrease in engagement personnel hours
•Advised discussions with a key energy private equity firm on red-flag financial indicators through the deal life cycle, resulting in $30m cost savings on acquisition bid price and positive feedback from client executives

•Volunteered to serve as Branch Captain of a golf outreach and networking group; planned and executed 7 golf outings for 350 local professionals, fostering a community-focused office environment

M&A Transaction Services Senior Advisory Consultant

•Led multiple 5-member audit teams simultaneously by overseeing workstreams and managing client deadlines, conducting external audits for the world’s sixth-largest public aerospace company and a $1b private aerospace firm
•Improved project management system of a 4000-hour project by eliminating duplicative touchpoints between upper management, resulting in a 6% decrease in total engagement man hours, leading to a $20k increase in margin
•Consulted on contracts for a Fortune 200 aerospace company and a start-up tech company to understand potential financial ramifications of new accounting revenue recognition guidance, resulting in key data utilized in client analysis

Mitch is currently an Associate with Kearney in their San Francisco office, where he has worked with global automotive OEM's on electric vehicle supply chain strategy. He previously summered in the New York City office.

Prior to working in consulting, Mitch was a manager in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services practice. He has experience advising strategic and financial buyers on many aspects of a transaction, including financial due diligence, financial reporting, and preparation of pro forma financial statements. Prior to the M&A practice, Mitch had the opportunity to serve both public and nonpublic audit clients, primarily in the Aerospace & Defense, Technology, & Manufacturing industries

Mitch is originally from Los Angeles, CA and graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with his MBA in 2023 and from UCLA with his undergraduate degree in business economics and accounting in 2015. In his spare time, he loves to golf and watch sports, especially NFL football on Sundays.
