•	Successfully opening an office in Vietnam for a Forex broker in 2019, and implementing organizational design, hiring and training local team, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, finding solutions, providing directions for future growth, and establishing business processes such as sales and marketing.

The main achievement was the creation of the entire backend from scratch to a production-ready system using the Rust language based on an event-driven microservice architecture, using REST and gRPC, which ensures seamless coordination between services. One of the key tasks I worked on was integrating external systems, including KYC providers and payment services such as Circle, Clearjunction, Unlimint, as well as risk assessment systems like Sift. I designed and implemented robust integration solutions that improved security, accelerated processes, and ensured platform reliability for clients.
A key focus was the integration of payment systems with the matching engine. This integration required building a stable, event-driven architecture and high-speed communication channels between payment systems and the trading platform, ensuring real-time data and transaction synchronization via gRPC.

I played a pivotal role in architecting and developing scalable B2B fintech solutions, with a primary focus on integrating MetaTrader 5 (MT5) for seamless trading experiences. I led the design and implementation of a robust MT5 integration, facilitating efficient connections between trading platforms and streamlining processes for institutional clients. This work also included expanding the trading infrastructure through the creation of microservices and the integration of a FIX gateway, significantly enhancing the platform’s scalability and performance.

Additionally, I contributed to the development of a SaaS marketing platform (acqufy.com), which was successfully monetized and became a core part of the company’s offerings, driving further growth.

My key focus was on integrating MetaTrader5 to enhance trading capabilities and ensure seamless user experiences. I worked on optimizing the platform’s performance for high-volume trading environments.

In addition, I contributed to the scalability and stability of the platform. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform met both technical and business requirements, driving successful client integrations and ensuring smooth deployment.

My work also involved optimizing system performance, improving monitoring tools, and ensuring high availability across trading systems to maintain the reliability of the platform at scale.
