I liaised with individuals diagnosed with COVID-19, advising them on rules and guidelines. I complied with safeguarding training and legislation to handle sensitive cases effectively. I was promoted to an advanced team focused on more complex casework, assisting individuals in completing necessary forms and providing support.

I oversaw two systems for the National Crime Agency (NCA) and HMRC, supporting a team of 600 staff and serving as the primary contact for HMRC staff while managing the NCA system. I created a comprehensive portfolio on subjects such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and managed privacy concerns related to SARs and suspicious activity reports. I analysed internal and external data, including Police National Database (PND) searches, to uncover potential tax evasion and money laundering activities. I compiled and developed reports on 150 cases flagged by the NCA for money laundering and tax evasion. Collaborating with the NCA, I conducted detailed searches and wrote reports for higher-level criminal and civil investigations. I was promoted on secondment based on my manager's recommendation to the NCA for nine months, handling international intelligence and tracing the origins of substantial funds.
