Email CTA that actually books early-stage leads:

The turning point came during a late-night review of our roadmap. I remember staring at a blank section I’d been postponing for weeks. Not because I lacked ideas — but because I wanted certainty before committing.

Here’s the lesson: certainty doesn’t arrive first. Ownership does.
Once I started building instead of waiting, alignment came faster.

 The team moved with more confidence.
 And opportunities showed up that weren’t even on the radar months before.
 Momentum came after the decision, not before it.

And it made me rethink leadership entirely:
