Reverse-engineering AI companies hitting $100M ARR ≤ 12 months

WARP Week is officially underway.

This week, I’m working with a group of founders to design product experiences that get users to value in 60 seconds or less.

Not 60 minutes.

Not “after onboarding.”

Not “once you book a demo.”

60 seconds.

We’re spending 90+ minutes every single day this week redesigning their first user experience from scratch.

Today was all about getting radically clear on the user success story:

- Who is your ideal user?
- What is the core outcome they want?
- What are you helping them avoid in order to achieve it?

That last question changes everything.

For example:

You might help a business generate leads with a marketing quiz.

But the real promise isn’t “build a quiz.”

It’s:

Generate leads without becoming a copywriter, landing page designer, or quiz expert.

That clarity becomes the foundation.

From there, we design what I call the First Strike Experience:

What version of that core value can the user achieve in 60 seconds or less?

Using the quiz example:

Can someone create a quiz they feel proud of (and ready to share) within a minute?

If not, we’re not done.

Tomorrow, we map the current workflow and identify exactly where friction kills momentum.

The goal this week isn’t theory.

It’s designing real experiences that compress time-to-value to near zero.
