Responsible for the overall operations and financial success of the highest volume store in the district. Accountable for hiring and training a full time management staff as well as 50 sales associates during peak times of the year. Managed the building through a full remodel in 2015. Facilitated the promotions of two internal store managers. Regularly train leaders new to the company. Maintain partnerships with leaders at the corporate office as well as local vendors. Led the operations team that included the receiving team and back of house as well as the restock team during morning shifts.
