Accountable for hiring and training a full time management staff as well as 50 sales associates during peak times of the year. Managed the building through a full remodel in 2015. Facilitated the promotions of two internal store managers. Regularly train leaders new to the company. Maintain partnerships with leaders at the corporate office as well as local vendors.
