I've been MIA on LinkedIn for over a month now, BUT I've still been working hard behind the scenes. 👀

For starters, I'm having SO much fun with my Historical Content Optimization service. For one client, I audited and updated 20 pieces recently, and the results have been incredible.

Every single one is trending upward in rankings and traffic.

No new content. No fresh topics. Just fixing what was already there — outdated stats, cannibalized keywords, messaging that no longer matched the product.

We're still early, so I'll share harder numbers once we're further along. This is shaping up into a proper case study.

Today, I started my morning at an AI breakfast talk in Copenhagen.

Founders, consultants, and engineers, all in one room talking about what’s actually working with AI. 

And more interestingly, what keeps killing projects before they even reach production.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, Rafael Zincke, Luis Werner Grau, Oliver Andrell 🙌 Heyra  

Here’s one takeaway as a reminder:

“If you launch a product that’s perfect, you launched it too late.” 

The same logic applies to AI adoption. 

Waiting until you have the perfect business case means you’re not learning while everyone else is. 

Especially when tools like Claude Code and Lovable have basically destroyed the barriers to getting started, all you have to do is try, test, and iterate.

Within the next week, I'm going to hit two milestones:


7k LinkedIn followers (currently at 6,936)
100 newsletter subscribers (currently at 95)

I've been building both of these slowly and intentionally and I'm grateful for all of you who follow my journey.

Google just sprinkled AI features across Workspace and Drive.

Here's what stood out to me:

Workspace Studio in Gmail - build email workflows inside Gmail:
- Auto-label emails with action items
- Filter and get notified about urgent emails
- Auto-add attachments to Drive
- Add emails to your to-do list so you don't forget to reply
- Build your custom workflows

Video files in Drive - just like a Google Doc, but for video
- Basic editing inside Drive
- Veo 3 built in at no extra cost
- Convert your Google Slides into a video with voiceover
- Generate images with Nano Banana
- Add voiceovers to your clips

I don't know if this changes everything, but it's worth knowing these features exist before you pay for something that does the same thing.
