Karen Chaston holds a Master of Accounting from Bond University and is a former CPA. 

What each consortium industry advise everyone in their coaching/consulting/advising roles, is now capture into online courses.  
•	Part of our coaching is to offer value.  
•	Online components coupled with coaching makes items more effective.  No more handholding. 

Also, when and if, we identify a specific issue that we feel more than one person is experiencing we can quickly and effectively turn the information into industry specific courses that increases duplication and keeps the costs low.  We can have touch points and develop group discussions.

The consortium has attracted some of the best trainers in industries and therefore our coaching will only be done via online training or online meetings as opposed to physical face to face.

Each client is assigned a coach in their area of interest who if you like we call the ‘chief conductor’ they will conduct the initial interview and assessment.  If appointed we will collaborate with all coaches to come up with a diagnostic tool that is broader than is currently available.  The reason being we will have different perspectives and backgrounds and we want to ensure we get a sound cross base on which to start working with individuals.
