With three friends, I co-founded Jelani, a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) startup. Our goal is to enhance Urban Mobility in major African Cities by proposing various mobility services to urban populations.

As CEO, my tasks includes : 
- Defining the Organizational structure of the team and ensuring its cohesion ;
- Defining the GTM strategy ;
- Raising funds ;

• Project 1 : Supporting the RUN phase of an proprietary SaaS app for managing alerts during transportation operations.
- Timeline : Oct 2023 - June 2024.
- Situation : RATP Dev had developed a proprietary SaaS application to manage alerts during transportation operations across its network of 65+ subsidiaries. The application had been deployed, but maintaining its performance/usability during the operational phase required multiple measures.
- Tasks : User Access Management, Support Management, App Configuration
- Actions : Adding/Removing user access, Operating user access audit, Resolving users’ issues, Designing email template in Brevo.
- Results : 230+ user access added; 430+ user access removed; 2 user access audits operated on 4000+ user accesses, leading to a 13% reduction in 6-months inactive/redundant/not relevant user accesses ; 60+ support requested solved.

• Project 2 : Supporting the Implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
- Timeline : July 2024 -Dec 2024.
- Situation : RATP Dev aimed to implement IBM Maximo Application Suite 8, a CMMS software, to enhance maintenance operations for Line 15 South of the Paris Metro. 
- Tasks : Stakeholders Management; Installation of MAS 8 on RATP Dev’s Servers; Maximo Configuration; Software Handover to ORA; Popularization of Maximo within RATP Dev group.
- Actions : Animating meetings with multiple internal/external and multidisciplinary stakeholders ; Conversing functional specs into technical specs; Designing user stories; Contributing to training sessions for news users; Making e-learning content for popularizing Maximo.
- Results : MAS 8 installed on RATP Dev’s Cloud servers; 20+ stakeholders coordinated during Implementation; 4 modules created for the E-learning course; 15+ new users trained.

The Société du Grand Paris is a French public agency in charge of planning and building the Grand Paris Express, one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects — a new automated metro network aimed at transforming mobility across the Greater Paris area.

At Société du Grand Paris, I served as Evolution Manager – Line 15 South on the Grand Paris Express project. I coordinated design and construction interfaces for Line 15S, a 33 km underground metro line with 16 new stations, ensuring alignment between civil works and transport systems. My role involved tracking project evolution, managing stakeholders, and supporting the integration of one of Europe’s largest urban infrastructure projects into the Greater Paris area.
