The seed investment partner (Four Corners Inc) has over four decades of regulated gaming experience in the United States. Brix also benefited from professional and operational support services from the investment partner.
Successfully launched the first regulated live dealer studio in the United States, in partnership with Ezugi and The Chickasaw Nation. Live blackjack was streamed to on property tethered and remote tablet devices.
World class technology partnerships were secured for virtual sports and a class II game engine identified and purchased, to bring the latest proven HTML5 slot content from online gaming markets into a regulated land based casino environment.
Significant time and investment was made into on-property geo-location, in order to meet strict regulation around gaming areas of casino properties. 
New business was secured with a major California tribal casino group but speed of scale beyond two forward thinking primary operators, would have prevented the business being successful; without patience and sizeable long term investment commitments. 
Diligently advised the investor group to take a longer term view in a slow changing US market or stop the venture. The decision was based on hard evidence gathered in the field across fifty casino groups.
