Chargé d'études et projets au sein d'une Direction transverse, j'ai été intégré à une équipe de 11 personnes avec pour mission de mener à bien :

In order to maintain a real-time balance between supply and demand in electricity throughout the country, RTE delivers an unhindered flow of electricity across the grid, second by second.. Thanks to this real-time monitoring, decisions based on physical and economic parameters can be made immediately, always seeking the most advantageous solution and ensuring grid operability.

The market mechanism which are developed makes it possible to use the most competitive energy sources in France and in Europe. This optimal use of resources call for close cooperation with the European counterparts.

These mechanisms support security of supply and economic optimisation of the system, while also facilitating other ways to consume power. The control and design of these mechanisms make RTE accountable for the entire power system and its stakeholders, be they producers, consumers or traders. This expertise is vital for RTE to constantly adapt to a highly evolving environment which is defined by the development of intermittent renewable energy sources, increasingly volatile electricity usage, and the introduction of information and communication technologies.

My mission as a research fellow intern : 
- Modelling and study of the electrical network with R and Ampl languages regarding the use of emergency and exceptionnal leverages for the Transmission System Operator. 
- Analysis and Synthesis for new security of supply criteria, and improvement regarding the current one. 
- Final year internship validated through a master's thesis

As a project manager, I worked on many projects from first contact with the client through to the operational implementation phase : 

- Managing my own client portfolio; taking part in the launch of new projects and their deployment, with timely and relevant follow ups
- Participating and driving meetings directly with clients
- Identifing the growth opportunities and the new development possibilities for the app, communicating with the programmers to participate in the evolution of the app based on market requirements
- Working closely with the sales team and the dev team
- Understanding the clients’ needs and take part in the evolution of the product roadmap

As a financial auditor, I performed external audit services (financial & IT) within the TSTL (Transactions, Services and Telecoms) business unit.
- Controled the sincerity of financial statements by respecting a methodology based on risks.
- Identified areas requiring improvement in the clients business process.

Safran Aircraft Engines is among the top suppliers in the industry, with end-to-end expertise from design to production of high-performance aircraft engines for commercial and military aircraft as well as rocket engines for launch vehicles and satellites. 

I was integrated in a factory of 3000 people to build aeronautics  engines.

Subir l'inflation, subir les crises, personne n'en a les moyens. Après avoir accompagné des centaines de femmes, nous sommes arrivé·es à un constat évident : le niveau d’éducation financière est insuffisant en France.

La bonne nouvelle ? 
Bien gérer ses finances et investir sont des compétences. Elles s’apprennent.

Pas besoin d’être riche, ni d’être doué·e en chiffres ou de prendre de gros risques. 
Comme les 540+ femmes qui nous ont fait confiance, il suffit de prendre un peu de temps pour apprendre. Car on ne naît pas investisseuse, on le devient

Comment ? 
En formant plusieurs centaines de femmes, nous avons développé une méthode d’apprentissage unique adaptée aux projets de vie et aux besoins des femmes. 

Si les femmes n'investissent pas pour les mêmes raisons, elles n'ont aucune raison d'apprendre à investir de la même manière.

Nos programmes d’accompagnement sont un mélange de :

• Connaissances théoriques pour apprendre à investir,
• Développement personnel pour transformer son état d’esprit,
• D’échanges pour être accompagnée et obtenir rapidement des résultats.

Sans aucun pré-requis de connaissances.

Pourquoi plus de femmes investisseuses est une nécessité ?

- Pour réduire les inégalités économiques entre les genres : 37% des hommes investissent vs 23% des femmes. 40% : l'écart de richesse entre les hommes et les femmes à l'âge de la retraite

- Pour que plus de femmes donnent leurs voix à la société de demain : 3300 Milliards de dollars pour l'économie si les femmes investissaient au même rythme que les hommes, dont l'écologie ou la santé des femmes.
