Suite à mon introspection en 2022 sur l'impact que je voulais avoir sur le monde, je suis ressortie avec une mission ⭐️ : accompagner les individus dans leur rêve d'indépendance et de liberté financière grâce à l'entreprenariat.

J'ai créé un espace avec du contenu d'expert/es, des retranscriptions de livres à absolument lire, pleins de mini-formations et surtout une communauté pour échanger (lancement mi-mai).

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions m’a proposé une interview pour parler de ma vision sur l’intelligence artificielle dans les RH. Voici ma réponse sans langue de bois :

" l’IA doit augmenter l’humain, pas le court-circuiter. "
Sinon, on perd le sens même de notre métier RH.

Parce que je vois déjà ce qui se passe sur le terrain :
- des offres d’emploi entièrement générées par IA, sans âme,
- des contenus produits en masse… copier coller,
- des décisions qui commencent à être déléguées sans réel cadre,

Alors oui, l’IA est une opportunité énorme.
Mais mal utilisée, elle peut aussi appauvrir profondément notre métier.

Beaucoup de RH veulent bien faire… mais avancent sans repères.

Alors la prochaine fois, posez-vous ces questions :
→ Est-ce que j’ai vraiment besoin de l’IA ici ?
→ Est-ce que je suis en train d’apprendre… ou de déléguer ?
→ Est-ce que cette décision doit rester humaine ?

L’IA ne doit pas faire à notre place.
Elle doit nous aider à faire mieux.

Et c’est pour ça que j’aime la vision portée par ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions France  : → une IA apprenante, raisonnée et cadrée humainement.

Tout n’est pas parfait.

Mais on a une opportunité unique :
réinventer notre métier sans en perdre l’essence.

Et ça, c’est entre les mains de ma génération. La génération Y.
