It’s Friday.

-Research the company beyond the homepage
-Don’t just know what they do, understand how they make money, who their customers are, and where they’re heading.

Look at:
-Their products or services
-Recent news, funding, or leadership changes
-Competitors and market position
-Understand the role in context

Ask yourself:
-Why does this role exist right now?
-What problems is this person expected to solve?
-How does this role impact the business?
-Then connect your experience directly to those needs.

Prepare stories, not just answers
Anyone can say they’re a hard worker.

Few can clearly explain:
-A challenge they solved
-The impact they made
-The results they delivered

That’s what interviewers remember.
Show energy, even on a Friday

Project Manager that worked on the Momentive project which involved WAN migrations, Palo Alto upgrades at sites, ADMT migrations for 4500 client machines, and PXE booting reimaging for users. Oversaw the team during patching through SCCM for workstations and servers.

Transition project manager that lead several projects: Delta iPad which was deployment of 6038 iPad devices, including configuration of Airwatch, DEP enrollment and shipping to multiple locations. Advance Exchange set up on device. Terumo which is Asset Lifecycle Management; Depot; Dispatch Services. General Atomics which is the start of many phases Phase 1: Service Desk augmentation,  Telephony extension into client site, Client Network extension into CompuCom Ft. Mill, Knowlesge Management, ITSM, Transformation, SDM, Managed Service Guide, and Training. Helping to develop process and procedure for all teams.

I managed the Control Room Moderization project which included 350 stores, External Antenna project which had 112 stores and a USP NIC project which had 31 stores. these were critical upgrades for the Target stores to be ready for the holiday sales. this upgrade will ensure that the store are able to meet the high customer demand during the holiday season.

Assembled management plans, developing staffing plans & assigning tasks to staff; ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve the goals; monitoring budgets and costs for projects or programs; managing changes (scope, schedule, costs) to the plans; & ensuring adherence to established quality standards for the Information Systems Division. Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project sponsors (senior management) & stakeholders (end users & suppliers) by educating sponsors & stakeholders on product and program requirements; collaborating with stakeholders to assess costs and establish the return on investment (ROI); securing management approval for resource allocations; creating the communication plan which determines communication level, frequency, detail & distribution of status updates; minimizing impact of changes. Lead the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects from project creation to delivery. Directs the planning of multiple large projects or a programs while adhering to the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC) by defining the scope and objectives of project or program; working with business units to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project or program. Manager PCI SOX compliance. 
• Increase efficiently with Holiday Readiness project which grew sales by 5% for FYE14
• Redhat project completed successfully. Ahead of schedule with a cost savings of $145,972.28 saved from the original EAC for the project. 
• Walmart is now processing compiles thru our grid environment
