After only hearing about the good things going on with property I bought my first investment at the age of 22 after being a good saver / scrimper / hoarder of money / tightarse (Whatever you like to call it!).

It was a huge milestone that I'd been working towards for 7 years but I was naive and uneducated in this space which led to a massive missed opportunity.

Over the subsequent years I built a successful career in medical recruitment.

I felt like I made it but having I grown up with very little, supported by a single mum on Centrelink, money was scarce and my concern was finding financial stability in a job that was heavily commission-based...

I thought to myself, ‘how do I leverage my current situation in order to set myself up for the future should I wish to leave for whatever reason’

Property had always been the talk of the town and the Sydney market was flying.

Many people had experienced success in real estate...

but I had not.

Even though I'd bought a dud as a novice investor I was able to turn it all around with the help of a buyer's agent which was my missing puzzle piece to be successful in real estate investing.

I purchased 4 more properties over the course of 2.5 years and held a portfolio of 5 properties by the age of 30, now worth nearly $3M.

Prior to all this, as a young female it had all seemed overwhelming and confusing...

but it doesn’t have to be... 

and you don’t have to make the mistakes most novice investors make.

Through this experience it ignited my passion to prevent others from making large financial commitments to an asset that doesn't produce the outcome they're hoping for.

As a Buyers Agent I represent the buyer in the real estate transaction providing full end-to-end service from;
