* Spearheaded a Gen AI project to generate valuable insights to the clients on the call recordings and conversations with their customers.

* Migrated meta catalogue sync and processing to an async architecture utilising Celery and reducing the overall time taken of processing by ~80 percent.

* Platform wide migration of Redis from non-Sentinel to Sentinel with authentication with zero downtime.

* Real-time Chat Traffic: Engineered and implemented a real-time Agent-User conversations feature, enabling Team Leads (TLs) and Admins to actively monitor and manage ongoing chats. This pivotal addition not only optimized resource utilization but also played a key role in meeting and maintaining SLAs, showcasing a tangible impact on operational efficiency.

* Developed a cross-team feature utilizing Azure EventHub to push conversations and interactions data to DaaS, resulting in high visibility for customers to visualize the user journey in the chatbot. This enhanced user experience and provided valuable insights for improving customer engagement.

* Created a cross-team feature that allowed both our organization and clients to track the conversion rate from conversations to placing orders on Shopify. This KPI became a crucial metric for clients to assess how our company contributed to boosting their revenue. By providing this data, we demonstrated our impact on the client's business success.

* Successfully worked on integrating two major systems, optimizing the pipeline, and reducing overall system latency. This integration involved streamlining query flows between the systems, eliminating an additional middleware layer that caused latency due to multiple hops. By implementing these changes, we improved the system's performance and enhanced operational efficiency.

Worked as a Senior Backend Engineer. Created an internal tool that is used as a control panel across multiple teams to collaborate and centralise every step of customer on-boarding.

 * Architected the entire application. Actively and closely worked with the project manager to understand the requirements and asks of CSMs and DEs.

 * Provided a POC (React and FastAPI) for removing the intermediary layer of PHP for authentication and redirection between React and Python, implemented same in this Control panel project.

 * Implemented OAuth flow for google authentication.

 * Containerised the entire application.

 * Created the base structure for the entire project using the tech stack: FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic(migration tool), and MySQL.

* Managed interns and also conducted interviews. 

* Also worked with the semantics team to create a rule engine for a content curation POC for Walmart, where I laid the structure and flow of the entire pipeline. I also worked on validations and curation rules.

I worked on a client project named JTurner Research, which deals with an online reputation of the multifamily apartment industry. I was responsible for handling, developing, and maintaining the Turner Dashboard Project with data points ranging up to 10 million.

* Designed a Generic parser for Parsing the different types of Survey CSVs, storing them in DB, and creating a zip containing the original and error CSV if any record failed to upload which reduced the effort of writing a new parser every time a new survey was introduced and also keeping track of failed records.

* Integrated GraphQL in the Django project for creating APIs in order to eliminate the under fetching and over fetching like in REST.

* Integrated SSO across 3 systems which helped the client to achieve better user interactivity and 1 among 3 systems was made as a centralized system where all common components were managed which minimized the effort of managing the systems to a great extent.

* Created a generic way of Adding a new Survey in the system where you only define a few constants and all the UI design effort was reduced by 70%.

* Wrote generic code for Generating an Excel file containing the monthly, quarterly, rolling, and yearly averages of surveys by only adding some constants.

* Designed the HTML templates of PDF reports in a reusable manner where only the data-set changes and used headless chrome for generating these reports.

* Optimised the Historical CSV report download which reduced the download time by 80%.

* Migrated 2 major client projects from python 2.7 to python 3.6 and Django 1.1 to Django 2.1
