Senia Maymin, PhD, is a Chief People Officer and strategic adviser with a focus on transforming organizational cultures and enhancing leadership effectiveness in the technology sector. She has been instrumental in preparing organizations for IPOs and navigating global acquisitions, leveraging her expertise in executive compensation, talent acquisition, and people development. Her efforts have facilitated rapid company growth and fostered cultures of trust and collaboration.

As the coauthor of the business book "Profit from the Positive," Senia has provided valuable insights into using positive psychology for business success. She has advised and coached over 1,000 leaders, including senior executives at VMware, Logitech, and the U.S. Air Force, helping them address significant business challenges. Additionally, Senia helps CEOs find their next roles and leads groups of senior leaders in their job searches.
